Fund4Trees is currently not accepting new research grant proposals.
Please do not apply until this notice has been removed.
Fund4Trees offers grants towards research, and occasionally provides directed or sponsored grants. A small number of bursaries are also awarded – read more about bursaries.
The goal of our grants programme is to provide seed money or partial support for research and technology transfer projects that meet our charitable objects. Applications are welcomed from all those working in the arboricultural and forestry sectors.
Proposals must fit with our Research Strategy 2019-24 and will be assessed by an independent panel of experts on our Research Advisory Committee. Candidates are strongly advised to read the Research Strategy carefully before deciding to submit an application.
Applicants should consult the resources below, and when ready to apply use the contact form here. We have two deadlines each year: June 1st and November 1st.
Dear fund4trees, Do you consider applications from overseas? My colleagues and I work on floodplain trees in the Murray-Darling Basin, Australia.
We are a charity focussing on the UK. Good luck in your search for funding.
Hi Gabriel, I thought that were probably the case, thanks for your prompt reply
Kind regards,
Mark
